module covers the Group and Individual medical insurance.
Medical insurance would include
coverage of medical expenses incurred by the insured person. The Insurance
policy together with the schedule would contain all terms and
conditions of the contract.
Person covered under a policy would
either be reimbursed on Production of bills or would be
allowed to access to a network of
providers
(Clinics,hospitals,Pharmacies,Labs etc.,) to whom
the insurance companies directly
makes the payment .Other terms of the policy would include
deductibles, exclusions.
All the Schemes are grouped under
categories such as, Direct Billing & Re
imbursement.Members of all schemes
can access the Insurance company's network of
providers covering doctors / clinics
/ pharmacies / diagnostic centers for treatment. The Scope

WCS is designed to automate the calculation of monthly compensation of the
wholesalers. The package has the flexibility to assign common or individual hurdles and fix
commission based on it, for a stipulated period usually a month. A commission is contingent
upon the achievement of a target amount, Hurdle. A hurdle can be fixed for a global with
flexibility to set individual cases. A clawback limit for a period is fixed essentially to
compensate the marketing group for any disinvestment made after payment of commission.
The percentage of commission computed for the amount so disinvested will be deducted from
all subsequent commissions due to the respective wholesaler. A Wholesaler can be either an
offshore or a domestic wholesaler, separate commission structures are applicable for each
category. By default all trades made by a wholesaler is shared between all wholesalers
operating in the same region. However, trades emanating through a particular branch or
account executive can also be split between wholesalers across regions or a individual trade
can be shared among a group of wholesalers.
WCS is equipped with an import routine which validates trade data before the same is updated
in the respective master database. A status log registering the status of the import operation is
generated for ever import operation. The log file registers quantitative status of the imported
records. The error log file registers all error transaction which can be rectified and
consequently be re-imported into the database.

The system has a Journal entry module through which the user can enter different types of
journals. Voucher number being generated automatically by the system. The default Account
period is displayed based on the default date specified on system entry. For each transaction
the user can specify the Account, the Debit or the Credit value, the Date of transaction,
Allocation Code, Cost Centre Code, Person Code, PMM Number CER number, and Project
Code. Tracking of Tax entry exists for the journal.On completion the journal can be passed,
has to be authorized by another person for export.
The software has a under defined validation module, based on which a journal entered is
validated. It also features a recurring entry module.If any entry, which has to be passed after
some fixed interval of time falls during default period defined previously, can be passed by
